Going out with a bang. I decided to make the last challenge a bigee. I have wanted to skydive for more than 20 years. So I just did it.

I took an accelerated freefall class from Skydive Oregon. They give you 7 or so hours of ground school and then you get to jump. No static lines, no tandem, just you and the parachute (and two instructors watching out for your ass).

If you are an adrenaline junky, I highly recommend doing this. As the picture shows, I got down from 13000 feet physically intact. Oh yeah, there is also enough hardware to satisfy your standard gear head.
